Enrolment of learners from elsewhere to Courtrai Primary is done throughout the academic year. Enrolment of learners for Grade R and Grade 1 learners is done according to dates annually issued by the Western Cape Education Department. Such enrolments are done in the academic year preceding the year of school age.
The amount of the compulsory school fee is determined on an annual basis and tabled on a budget meeting for acceptance by the parents.
Progress reports are issued at the end of each school term.
